I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
I am originally from Scotland and moved to the south west of France in 2013. Having gained qualifications as a level 2 gym instructor, level 3 Personal trainer, kettlebell instructor and Level 3 Mat Pilates instructor I wanted to use my skills to help the English speaking community in The Pyrenees Orientales (Department 66) lead happy and healthier lives.
